super easy cutsie tutu!

I made this darling tutu for my brother's new sweet babe. It was VERY easy and turned out perfect!

Supplies:

1. 1 crochet headband
2. tulle in colors desired
3. scissors

Tutorial:

1. Start by measuring and cutting your tulle in length desired. I cut mine 12 inches for a newborn. Maybe 14 inches for 6-12 months.

2. Next, tie two pieces of tulle in each hole, alternating colors, if you wish ;) You could tie one piece per hole if you want it less full...

3. It's that easy! Fluff up a bit, and put on your cute little babe ;)

Supplies:

1. Screwdriver
2. Staplegun
3. A handyman (preferably a cute one ;)
4. Some super cute fabric
5 Sissors

(note: you can also remove the previous covering if you wish. This would take more work and time so I dont know why you would. I just covered over the old.

4. After you trim the excess fabric, simply have your cute handyman replace the cushions on with the screwdriver.....and.......

Confession Time

It's time to confess. I love to Craft, I love to Decorate, and I love to be Cute. But................. I also love to coupon...it's sort of a high for me.

So that is what has been taking up a lot of my spare time lately...but I've scored some awesome deals....here is proof....

I L-O-V-E Target!!!!

And yes, ladies, I took a picture of the receipt because I know you wont believe me with out it...... LOL... (I don't use formula, but I made $ money buying it!!! So if you know anyone that might need it in my area let me know!)

But, that doesn't mean I haven't been crafting....My twin brother just had a baby girl and I have been crafting like crazy for her and will be posting soon :) Check out their courageous story here.

I also have spent some time finishing up a weight loss challenge ;) The weigh-in was last weekend and I finished by losing 20 lbs, 5 inches off my waist, 5 inches off my hips, and 2 off my thighs :) But shhhh don't tell anyone ;) ! Just let me toot for a minute :)
